Teubal is a founding partner and managing director of FS Partners, an M&A firm in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and collaborates with K2 Partners in DIM deals in Spanish speaking countries in Latin America. He has over twenty years of experience in investment banking in Latin America. He received a BS in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Buenos Aires and an MBA with High Honors from Boston University.

Teubal worked at Compass, a Latin American private equity fund that partnered in the year 1999 with Iron Mountain Inc. in order to deploy Iron Mountain in Latin America. For that matter he led the acquisition of several records management companies in Argentina, Chile, Brazil and Peru and the later sale to Iron Mountain Inc. During this period he led the successful consolidation of three records management companies in Argentina, and during 2004 took over Iron Mountain Argentina as an interim CEO during a crucial management turnaround in the company. He also served as President of Iron Mountain Argentina, and director of Iron Mountain South America.

In addition and through FS Partners, Teubal has taken part in transactions in several industries including energy, consumer, business services, digital marketing and technology. He was also a lead investor in the first financing round of Globant (NYSE: GLOB) in 2005 and in the 50% buyout of Susana Balbo Wines (www.susanabalbowines.com) in 2009, one of the largest export oriented wine companies in Argentina.
