Robert (Bob) Miller

Miller has significant experience in the Document and Information Management industry. He has held various executive field and corporate roles both domestically and globally; and has over 25 years leadership experience in the Document and Information Management industry. He has led mergers, acquisitions, strategic planning teams and new product developments during his career.

Prior Document and Information Management Industry Experience:

President Iron Mountain Asia/Pacific

Responsible for starting Iron Mountain’s Asia/Pacific business. This included establishing regional joint ventures and a series of acquisitions establishing the company in the region. In addition he built an Asia/Pacific team headquartered in Melbourne Australia. During the first 2 years of this assignment he ran Iron Mountain’s mergers and acquisition team.
President and COO Iron Mountain

Responsible for Iron Mountain’s largest business unit in North America. Successfully led the organization through the largest merger in the industry’s history. During this period of massive change integrating customers, people and systems he also led the creation and expansion of new products like imaging applications and the expansion of secure shredding with Vlad Vasak.
Executive Vice President Iron Mountain

Responsible for the Southern Area. Over a four year period the company doubled in size each year. Responsible for building and growing Iron Mountain’s business over a 4 year period. This included transacting and integrating acquisitions, both geographic and strategic. In addition, he led an aggressive growth period through building and leading field management and sales teams.
District Manager Bell & Howell's Records Management

Responsible for Bell & Howells Houston Texas and Washington DC businesses. Ran the day-to-day document, information and microfilm businesses and managed new sales and customer facing teams.

Miller attended the University of South Carolina and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, and attended INSEAD Asia International Executive Program.
