He has held executive roles in most functional areas within growing businesses including Operations, Sales, IT, M&A and Strategic Planning. Throughout his career, he has had a driving role in growing businesses through product innovation and geographic expansion.

Engelman has more than 20 years experience in Records Management, Document Print and Fulfillment and Business Process Outsourcing of document intensive processes.

President, Iron Mountain Latin America

Responsible for building, operating and growing Iron Mountain’s Latin American operations from startup to market leader. Built the business through a mix of organic growth, Joint Ventures with local partners and M&A. Identified, innovated and built new service lines for Iron Mountain globally in the area of Document Business Process Management and Outsourcing. Implemented all service offerings including Records Management, Data Protection, Shredding, Imaging and Business Process Management.
President, Iron Mountain Fulfillment Services, USA

Responsible for all financial results, operations, sales, new product and technology development as well as mergers and acquisitions for Iron Mountain’s digital document print and fulfillment division. Doubled the business by transforming it from a physical collateral fulfillment business to a nationally recognized leader in digital/physical document workflow, print and distribution.
Vice President, Pierce Leahy Southern USA and International Regions

Member of the executive team which grew the business from a US$40 million regional Records Management Company into a NYSE publicly traded, global provider of Document Management services. Responsible for all operating, expansion, acquisitions and financial results. Created Pierce Leahy’s and Iron Mountain's international expansion strategies including JV and acquisition approaches. Helped sell and integrate Pierce Leahy with Iron Mountain in 2000.

Developed the company’s strategic plans for operations, products, markets and technology. Developed and implemented the core operating systems which continue to run the company today. Converted more than 50 facilities and 40 acquisitions, servicing 15,000 clients to the core systems.
