Dixon has a wealth of experience in developing and executing acquisition strategies on behalf of clients in all sectors of the Document and Information Management (DIM) industry, including platform, add-on and niche market opportunities.

Dixon advises private business owners on value maximization strategies, exit preparation and M&A options. She also serves as a valuable counsel to private equity groups seeking to validate and refine their investment models and their relevance to potential sellers.

She has a broad range of skills and experience gained both within the DIM industry and beyond in corporate, public and consulting sector roles. Dixon spent 6 years in the financial services industry in Europe leveraging her sales background as well as a developed knowledge of the investment management industry to create new sales opportunities and expand her client base.

Prior to joining K-2 Partners, Dixon served as Director for Iron Mountain where she was responsible for executing several of the firm’s most strategic and complex M&A and corporate finance transactions, with a specific focus on the Fine Art Storage sector where she was able to fully leverage her significant fine art industry experience.

Since 2008, Dixon has played a key role in the successful closing of over 10 M&A and financing transactions with a total market value in excess of $2.8 billion.

Dixon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Florida State University and a Master of Business Management degree from Harvard University.
